1. Select a space

Click or tap on a room marker to see information about the room and its potential configurations.

2. Configure a room

Click or tap on Configuration. You will see the options to divide the space and select a configuration.

3. Divide a space

Some larger rooms can be divided into smaller spaces. when you click one of the smaller divisions’ outline, it reveal the different spaces available.

4. Select a configuration

You can scroll the configuration list horizontally and select a configuration by clicking or tapping.

1. Save configuration

Click or tap on "Add to my event" button to save configuration. A notification marker will appear on "My Events" where it will show how many configurations you have saved.

2. Update configuration

After you choose another configuration or space division, click or tap "Update configuration" to save the changes in "My events".

3. Remove configuration

Click or tap "Remove configuration" to remove the saved information from "My events".

4. Contact the team

Click or tap "Contact the team" in "My events" to send messages through the contact form.

1. Open services overview

Click or tap Services on top navigation. You will see three options appearing below: Accessibility, Public, and Operational. Toggle on and off between them to see various services and their locations.

2. Service overview

Hover over a marker to see information of the short overview about the service area.
